I was born in Toledo Ohio aka The Glass City and raised in West Seattle's Roxbury Village. After graduating from Chief Sealth High School, I continued my education at Yakima Valley CC and Central Washington University where I earned my AA & BA degrees respectively. I excelled at football and basketball during my playing days. I was a team captain and all conference performer at all levels. I was even lucky enough to play on a few championship teams. I truly believe that sports taught me the meaning of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, hard work and communication. After college I married my college sweetheart Angie in 1998. Needless to say she has kept me grounded and on track. I don't know where I would be without her. Angie and I enjoy traveling, sports and are avid movie goers. We are also Seattle Seahawk season ticket holders.
One of my proudest times as a father was watching my son keep the tradition playing high school football by being named Team Captain & All Conference two years in a row playing offensive guard at a 4A school. He wasn't the biggest or the fastest but played with such a passion that you could feel it from anywhere in the stadium. If everyone went through life with a fraction of the intensity, love and passion I saw on the gridiron, then we would all be a little better off. All the other All Conference lineman where 6'4 and 300 plus pounds and there is Jordan aka "Straight Jacket" @ 5'11" & 235 lbs kicking their tails & laying them on their backside. To this day he is #13 on Kentridge HS All Time Strongest list. Watching Jordan grow as a young man while playing football was truly something special to see. Jordan graduated from CWU in 2013 with 2 degrees and is currently working at Google as a recruiter. Needless to say he makes me very proud.
After graduating from college I started working for a couple athletic retail companies as a General Manager running some the highest volume stores on the West Coast. I won countless awards and contest including "Rookie Manager of The Year" and "Store Director of The Year" during my decade in the retail business. This success has followed me into my current real estate career where I just made the elite 4 Million Dollar Producer’s Club. Since 2013 I have made the prestigious President's Circle putting my sales production in the Top 3% for all realtors nationwide. This past year I was just two transactions shy of making the Chairman’s Circle Top 2%. I have also won the “Most Outstanding Service Award” and the “Professional Development Award” for my company three times. For the past decade I was voted Seattle Magazine Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction which puts my customer service in the Top 1% of all realtors in the State of Washington.
